Refund & cancellation policy

The calendar is a small, single print run of 50 copies, made to order. Please read this before you buy — you'll be asked to confirm it at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders can't be cancelled once they're placed and paid.

Returns

I don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If it arrives damaged or misprinted

Email sanchari.info@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage (and of the box, if it was damaged in transit). If a copy is still available, I'll send you a replacement at no cost. If none are left, I'll refund you in full.

If I can't deliver

If I can't ship your order — for example a printing problem, or more copies paid for than exist — you get a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, started within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If something has gone wrong that isn't covered here, write to me — I'll do what I fairly can.
